Federation of Malaysia Freight Forwarders' Standard Trading Conditions: 

Our trading operations are subject to the current Federation of Malaysia Freight Forwarders' (FMFF) Standard Trading Conditions (STC), which can be viewed and downloadable under the PDF Viewer section below.

Insurance and Risk Management: 

You shall provide necessary insurance (e.g., Marine Cargo, Goods In Transit, Fire & Burglary Insurance) to cover any potential loss or damage to your cargo during transport or while stored under our custodianship. You shall only claim losses and damages from your insurer, who must waive the right of subrogation against Acuity Logistics on all such losses/damages.

Acceptance of Terms through Instruction: 

Your instruction to proceed with the delivery/shipment, whether verbal or in writing, is deemed as your acceptance of Acuity Logistics' rates and our terms and conditions, including any liability limitations.

Limitation of Liability:

Acuity Logistics shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from forces beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, acts of war, riots, and custom regulations. Specific exceptions where liability cannot be limited by law will be adhered to as applicable.

Usage of Our Website:

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions.
